      4. You warrant and represent that any content you upload, post, or otherwise transmit through the Jnana Smriti website does not infringe or violate any intellectual property rights, privacy rights, or any other rights of any third party.  

      5. You warrant and represent that you will use the services provided by Jnana Smriti for their intended educational purposes only and will not use them for any unlawful or unauthorized purposes.

If you are registering on behalf of a child aged 2 years and less than 18 years, you warrant and represent that you are the parent or legal guardian of the child and that you will supervise the child's use of the Jnana Smriti website and services. You accept full responsibility for ensuring that the child adheres to these terms and conditions.  

      7. You warrant and represent that you have the lawful right to use any payment method provided during the registration or checkout process and that you will fulfill all financial obligations arising from your use of the services.  

      8. You warrant and represent that you will not upload, post, or transmit any content that contains viruses, malware, or any other harmful or destructive code.  

      9. You warrant and represent that you will not engage in any conduct that is harmful, harassing, or otherwise disruptive to other users of the Jnana Smriti website and services.

   1. Our services are intended for children aged 2–3 years, with registration and supervision provided by parents or guardians. By using our platform, you affirm that you are at least 18 years old and are fully able and competent to enter the terms, conditions, obligations, affirmations, representations, and warranties set forth in these terms and conditions.  

6. Unacceptable Behavior  

   1. Users are prohibited from using the website for any unlawful purpose.  

   2. Users must not post or transmit any material that is defamatory, offensive, or infringes on the rights of others.  

   3. Any behavior that disrupts the functioning of the website or impairs the experience of other users is not permitted.  

7. Termination Clause  

   1. Jnana Smriti reserves the right to terminate or suspend your access to the website and its services at any time, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these terms and conditions or is harmful to other users of the website, us, or third parties, or for any other reason.  

   2. When Jnana Smriti becomes aware of an alleged violation of its Acceptable Use Policy, Jnana Smriti will initiate an investigation. During the investigation Jnana Smriti may restrict user's access in order to prevent further possible unauthorized activity. Depending on the severity of the violation, Jnana Smriti  may, at its sole discretion, restrict, suspend, or terminate the user's account and pursue other civil remedies. If such violation is a criminal offense, Jnana Smriti will notify the appropriate legal department of such violation.

8. Limitation on Liability : Under no circumstances shall Jnana Smriti be liable to any user for: 

   1. Jnana Smriti, its directors, employees, or affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the website, its services, or these terms and conditions.  

   2. Our liability for any direct damage arising from the use of our services is limited to the total amount of fees paid by you for the services during the month in which the claim arose.  

   3. Loss, injury, claim, liability or damages of any kind resulting from the use of or the inability to use the materials in the website, even if Jnana Smriti had been advised of the possibility of such damages and regardless of the form of action, whether in contract, stated or otherwise.

   4. Special, direct, incidental, punitive, exemplary or consequential damages of any kind whatsoever in any way due, resulting from or arising in connection with the use of or the inability to use the website or its content / materials.

   5. Claim attributable to errors, omission or inaccuracies in or destructive properties of any information.

9. Intellectual Property

   1. All content on the Jnana Smriti website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and course materials, is the property of Jnana Smriti and is protected by international copyright and trademark laws.  

   2. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any content without express written permission from Jnana Smriti.

10. Warranty Disclaimer

    1. The Jnana Smriti website and its services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranties, expressed or implied, regarding the operation of the website or the information, content, materials, or services included on or otherwise made available to you through the website.  

11. Payment Details

    1. Course fees are Rs. 600 for 8 classes per month (approximately). This fee is non-refundable and non-transferable.  

    2. 50% of the fees collected will be used to compensate trainers, and the remaining 50% will be allocated to service activities supporting education for those in need. 

12. Third-party content

    1. Our website may include links to third-party websites or services that are not owned or controlled by Jnana Smriti.  

    2. Jnana Smriti has no control over and assumes no responsibility for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites or services. 

    3. You acknowledge and agree that Jnana Smriti shall not be responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, for any damage or loss caused or alleged to be caused by or in connection with use of or reliance on any such content, goods, or services available on or through any such websites or services.  

13.  Service Changes  

    1. Jnana Smriti reserves the right to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the service (or any part thereof) with or without notice.  

14.     Severability and Force Majeure

    1. Severability: If a provision in these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, it will be removed and the rest of the provisions will still be valid.

    2. Force Majeure: Jnana Smriti will not be held responsible for any delays or inability to fulfill its obligations under these Terms caused by factors beyond its control, such as acts of God, war, terrorism, strikes, or natural disasters etc. 

15. Entire Agreement  

    1. These terms and conditions constitute the entire agreement betwen you and Jnana Smriti regarding the use of the website and its services.
