General Refund Policy

Eligibility for Refunds: Our course fees are generally in the range of Rs. 600 for 8 sessions per month. This fee is non-refundable and non-transferable. However, refunds may be considered in cases of medical emergencies or other high-priority, inevitable scenarios, subject to our discretion. The fee structure may be subject to change, and any changes will be communicated to you before you enroll in a new course.

Refund Process

Requesting a Refund: To request a refund, please contact our support team at jnanasmriti@gmail.com with your payment details and reason for the refund. Include your registration details, payment receipt, and any relevant information to help us process your request.

Processing Time: Refund requests will be reviewed and processed within 14 business days from the date of receipt. Approved refunds will be issued back to the original payment method used during registration. Right to Deny: Jnana Smriti reserves the right to deny a refund. The decision of Jnana Smriti shall be considered final and binding on both the parties.

Special Circumstances

Medical or Personal Emergencies: In case of medical or personal emergencies, we may offer a credit for future classes. Documentation may be required for verification.Technical Issues: If you experience technical difficulties that prevent you from attending a class, please notify us immediately. We will work with you to resolve the issue and in that event may reschedule such class or session as deemed fit and appropriate. Rescheduling is subject to availability and is not guaranteed.

CANCELLATION POLICY

At Jnana Smriti, we are committed to providing high-quality online Slokas, Stotram, Bhajan classes and more. We understand that circumstances may arise that require cancellation of enrollment.   1. Cancellation Eligibility

    1. Subscription and Membership Fees: 

      1. If the cancellation request is submitted within 7 days of the initial enrollment and before accessing any classes, then we will reschedule the classes at our own discretion. Please note that the fees will not be refunded.

      2. If a technical issue from our side prevents access to the classes and cannot be resolved within a reasonable time frame, then we will refund or reschedule the classes at our own discretion. 

 

  1. Non-Cancellable Circumstances

    1. Enrollment in our classes may not be canceled under the following circumstances. 

      1. Inability to attend scheduled classes due to personal reasons, including but not limited to scheduling conflicts, personal commitments, or other activities.
